TranspoEdge is a SaaS application that is hosted and maintained us on cloud. To start with the service, no licensing and installation are required. We onboard customers with required setups including configurations, localizations and familiarizations.
TranspoEdge uses a multi-tenant SaaS approach. With this architecture a single instance of the application runs on a server, serving multiple customers. The application virtually partition every customer organization’s data and configuration, ensuring data integrity.
We continuously innovate the solution based on technology and business changes to ensure the system is up-to-date that is beneficial and appropriate for our customers. We roll out new features with regular cycles, considering customer feedbacks as well.
The service is made available to you on cloud platform with Pay as you Use model. This avoids large upfront licensing and installation costs. The customer is billed only based on the transactions, regardless the number of users or facilities operating on.
We provide flexible support options including email, phone and ability to submit support tickets, depending on the severity of the issues. Our support team ensures the solution for all the queries. We believe your queries are our concerns.
